Aio’s DIY Home Party

I am in love with anything DIY’d! And I adore all the DIY mommies out there! I know how fulfilling it is to execute something successfully using the simplest materials available. I remember my first time styling my child’s party. I had no idea what I was doing but my love for my daughter just inspired me! I was so thrilled with the outcome and that made me want to become an event stylist! So I am sharing a super cute home party styled by a super talented mom that I have known because of her adorable bento boxes! Haha. I am impressed with what Mommy MJ had come up with for her daughter Aio’s birthday!

She got our DIY PARTY KIT and made such a beautiful set up at home! Check out what I mean below!

Thank you Mommy MJ for sharing these photos with us. Also, here is what she posted about this special celebration for Aio:

Ever since they were little we’d celebrate their birthdays first thing in the morning by blowing a candle on cake, donuts, or whatever they fancy. So alam niyo na sino unang bumabangon para mag-ayos ng decors bago magising ang mga bagets 🤣 𝘩𝘢𝘴𝘩𝘵𝘢𝘨 𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘰 𝘺𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘩. Then we’d prepare or order na lang kung anong request na food.

Been wanting to make this theme since we started collecting, at eto na nga. Nag request na si Aio gusto daw sana niya ng Sylvanian Families themed for her birthday. Sino ba naman ako para tumanggi? Sobrang pabor pa nga sa akin yan 😆 𝘩𝘢𝘴𝘩𝘵𝘢𝘨 𝘯𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘨𝘬𝘢𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘯 𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘯𝘶𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘢𝘵𝘢 𝘬𝘢𝘺𝘢 𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘺𝘰𝘯 𝘣𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘣𝘢𝘸𝘪 𝘴𝘢 𝘮𝘨𝘢 𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘳 𝘯𝘢 𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘸𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘦 🤣

Reached out to @styleitdainty and availed their DIY party styling kit to avoid the hassle in sourcing materials. Walang kahirap-hirap kausap, sila na din nag layout. As in literal sinabi ko lang ano yung theme namin 😆 The styling kit was carefully packed and delivered to our doorstep day prior to Aio’s birthday.

This year, instead of cake I thought of cupcakes para the other cuppies can be shared to her playmates. Picked something floral in pink to compliment our theme. @auntieclairesbocaue cupcakes ticked all my checklist — soft and moist red velvet, the sweetness of their buttercream frosting is just right (hindi jabetis level🤣), and also the packaging is well-secured. Walang naaksidenteng cupcakes 🥳

Dahil ang tagal ko din inasam ang theme na itwaaaa, karirin na din. @bentomommas bento boxes ang totoong highlight talaga ng birthday ni Aio. They’re very keen on details to give the whole look the wow factor 🙌🏻

Celebrating special occasion like this is a bit different from what we used to. But what matters most is we’re filling up their memory tank with lots of love so they always have something to look back on when they get older.

Kayo, ano’ng birthday traditions niyo? 😊

Hans’ “The Runaway Bunny” Themed 1st Birthday

Thrilled to be sharing with you Hans’ first birthday! Mommy Anna chose a book-based theme for his son’s party. I was not aware of “The Runaway Bunny” but quickly fell in love with this book after reading it. Mommy Anna was one of our first clients when Mario and I were just starting out as event stylists. I still remember how nervous I was when she booked us for a huge venue for Kayin’s first birthday! Haha. But working with her is always pleasant and very easy.. I love how simple and refreshing the party turned out.. I hope you guys enjoy this set!

“Retro Diner” 1st Birthday For Lucas

It’s been a while since my team styled a big party! How I miss the rush and excitement while dressing up a venue. I definitely miss the “kaba” moments once a client enters the venue. Note: I always look at their faces as they enter the event place.. Haha.

I got some photos from Mommy Izabelle for Lucas’ 1st birthday. This was one of the parties we did before the quarantine. Planning with her was such a breeze.. and she chose awesome suppliers! I have been wanting to style a “Retro Diner” themed party and I got overly excited when she chose this theme.

Mommy Izabelle wanted red, white and black for the color palette. Amici is a challenging place to décor because of it’s size. But the theme suits the ambiance of the place and it turned out really cohesive!

Sugarplum Pastries did a fantastic job with Lucas’ cake! Look at those cute details!

Meet the adorable family! Lovin’ their outfit!

I hope you enjoyed viewing this set! This is definitely a memorable event and I can’t wait to style parties like this again soon! Have a great week, guys!

Oh, My Pots! PH

Mario and I recently launched a new business called Oh, My Pots! PH. So thrilled that I am back to painting and creating! After months of hiatus from events and just doing party kits, we needed to figure out how to generate income by painting pots! I know it sounds simple.. but I did not expect how hard it is to come up with design ideas! But painting definitely keeps my mind off of a lot of the negativity around us.. With the pandemic, being a mom of three and managing businesses, it can be so tiring mentally and physically! Painting surely gave us something to enjoy. Our kids are also involved in the process as they help us prime and prep the pots! Haha.

Hope you could check out our new love by visiting our IG account: Oh, My Pots! Ph. We are offering hand painted clay pots for giveaways / souvenirs for your special events. We can customize a design to fit your event’s theme! We made 12 pieces of hand painted clay pots for Abel’s Baptism a few weeks ago. I love how these pots turned out! The theme fits the celebration and I am glad to know that the Ninangs and Ninongs loved them! Mommy Ela and Daddy Gibson provided the plants for these pots. For inquiries on our custom pots, you can email us at styleitdainty@yahoo.com.

Mommy Mary

Marcus’ “Party Animals in the Summer” 1st Birthday

I am so happy to share with you the official photos of Marcus’ home party celebration. Mommy Gretch booked us early but because of the pandemic, they were not able to celebrate on March 22. But it was an awesome day on June 27 as Marcus’ birthday and baptism finally happened!

Mommy Gretch wanted a happy and vibrant party for Marcus. The cute party animals and color palette transformed this simple stage set up into a very fun backdrop for their family photos! Sugarplum Pastries did a wonderful job with Marcus’ cake! Just look at those adorable details!

Thank you Mommy Gretch and family!
